Lisa sold her short film Porcupine to Direct TV where it currently airs on their Shorts TV network. Porcupine, a gritty father-daughter country music tale, premiered at the Newport Beach and Napa Valley Film Festivals and has now played on screens around the globe. Lisa received LA WEEKLY and LA Drama Critic's Circle nominations for playing the role of Catherine in Arthur Miller’s A View from the Bridge at Pacific Resident Theatre.
She is a member of The Road Theatre Company, Pacific Resident Theatre and is an Artist in Residence with Jewish Women’s Theatre, where she both acts and directs. With Jewish Women's Theatre, Lisa has performed most recently as an Iranian immigrant in Saffron and Rosewater at the legendary 92nd Street Y in New York City.
